Order Processing and Fulfillment

Barcolen strives to process and dispatch all orders efficiently and without unnecessary delay. Orders submitted before 12:00 PM (GMT-5) on a business day will generally enter processing on the same day. Orders received after the daily cut-off time, as well as orders placed on weekends or recognized holidays, will typically begin processing on the next business day.

Most orders are prepared, verified, and packaged for shipment within 0 to 1 business day, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times are estimates only and may vary due to order volume, inventory verification procedures, payment authorization requirements, or other operational considerations.

Shipment and Delivery

Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information for the applicable shipment. Delivery is generally completed within 5 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch.

All orders shipped within the United States qualify for complimentary standard shipping. No minimum purchase requirement applies in order to receive free delivery.

Delivery timeframes provided by Barcolen are estimates only and are not guarantees of delivery by a specific date. Actual transit times may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, seasonal demand, and other factors beyond our reasonable control.

Tracking Information

Tracking information is provided for customer convenience and allows shipments to be monitored throughout transit. Tracking updates are generated by the carrier and may not appear immediately after a package has been accepted into the carrier's network.

Customers are encouraged to review the most recent tracking updates before contacting customer support regarding shipment status.

Shipping Delays

While Barcolen makes reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Such circumstances may include severe weather events, transportation disruptions, carrier capacity limitations, customs or security inspections, inaccurate delivery information, or periods of unusually high shipping volume.

If a shipment has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, customers should allow an additional two (2) business days for carrier processing and delivery completion. Where concerns remain after that period, customers may contact support@barcolen.com for assistance in reviewing the shipment status.

Modification or Cancellation of Orders

Customers who wish to modify or cancel an order should contact support@barcolen.com immediately after placing the order.

Requests for cancellation or modification can only be accommodated before an order enters fulfillment or shipment preparation. Once processing activities have commenced or the order has been transferred to a carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such circumstances, any available remedies will be governed by the applicable Refund & Return Policy.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Merchandise

Customers who receive merchandise that is damaged, defective, or materially different from the item ordered should notify Barcolen promptly following delivery.

To facilitate review of the matter, customers may be asked to provide the order number together with clear photographs of the merchandise received and, where applicable, the shipping packaging. Following evaluation of the information provided, Barcolen will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement merchandise, a refund, or another remedy deemed appropriate under the circumstances.

Carriers and Transportation Services

Barcolen works with established shipping providers, including GO₂ Delivery, UPS, FedEx, and other qualified transportation partners. The carrier selected for a shipment may vary based on destination, package characteristics, operational efficiency, and service availability.
