Return and Refund Policy

Scope of Returns

Barcolen accepts eligible return requests submitted within 30 days of the date on which an order is delivered. Merchandise must remain unused, unworn, and in substantially the same condition in which it was received, including all original tags, packaging, accessories, and accompanying materials.

Products that show evidence of use, wear, alteration, damage, or improper handling may not qualify for return approval. Requests submitted after the applicable return period cannot be accommodated.

Approved returns are accepted without the application of restocking fees.

Submitting a Return Request

Customers seeking to return merchandise should contact support@barcolen.com and provide the relevant order information together with a brief explanation of the request.

Before any item is shipped back, authorization must be obtained from Barcolen. Merchandise returned without prior approval may not be eligible for processing. Once a return request has been reviewed, instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided.

Customers remain responsible for packaging returned items appropriately and for all costs associated with return shipment unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Review and Reimbursement

Upon arrival, returned merchandise undergoes a verification process to confirm compliance with the conditions described in this policy.

When a return is approved, reimbursement will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Refunds are generally processed within seven days following approval. Financial institutions and payment providers may require additional time before the refunded amount is reflected in the customer's account.

No restocking, inspection, or return processing fees will be deducted from approved refunds.

Alternative Product Requests

Customers interested in obtaining a different size, style, color, or product variation may request an exchange by contacting support@barcolen.com.

All exchange requests remain subject to inventory availability and review. Replacement merchandise will be arranged only after the original item has been received and evaluated. Where the requested replacement is unavailable, Barcolen may offer an alternative resolution at its discretion.

Changes to Existing Orders

Customers who wish to cancel an order should notify Barcolen as soon as possible after completing their purchase.

Cancellation requests may be accommodated only before fulfillment activities begin. Once an order has entered processing, packaging, or shipment preparation, cancellation may no longer be possible. Orders that cannot be cancelled may still qualify for return after delivery in accordance with this policy.

Product Condition Issues

Customers who receive merchandise that is damaged, defective, or materially different from the item purchased should contact Barcolen promptly following delivery.

To assist with the review process, customers may be asked to submit photographs of the product, photographs of the packaging where relevant, and the corresponding order number. Following evaluation of the information provided, Barcolen will determine the appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, refund, store credit, or another resolution deemed appropriate under the circumstances.

Relationship to Other Terms

This Refund & Return Policy forms part of the overall agreement between the customer and Barcolen and should be read together with the Terms of Service and any other policies published on the website.
